Free Site survey

Probably the most important part of our service. Surveys are required to ensure you get the refrigeration equipment thats right for you. When you book a survey we will schedule an appointment and visit you to survey the site and measure up to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Purchase equipment

Following the survey we will produce a free quote for the equipment purchase and installation. Assuming you are happy with your quote the equipment is purchased and installed.

If you prefer to buy your own equipment we can install and maintain it for you.

Install equipment

Once the site survey has been completed and you have decided on the equipment you want to use, we will contact you to arrange a suitable start date, once you are happy with the start date we will try our hardest to ensure we do not disrupt you or your customers even if this means working after hours with no extra cost.

Once the installation is complete we will make sure everything is to your satisfaction and show you how the system works. All work will have a standard 1 year warranty.

Maintain

At cool seal refrigeration we offer maintenance contracts for new and old refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. This in our eyes can be invaluable as it can extend the life expectancy of your equipment. I am sure you would agree if your equipment is maintained and serviced properly it should last longer and save you more money.

If a maintenance contract is what your looking for we would be happy to come out and advise you on the best contract for you, of course this will all depend on the condition of the equipment you have.
